Entrusted by North Huajin Refining and Petrochemical Co., Ltd. (Tenderee), China Cntc International Tendering Corporation(Tendering Agent) invites sealed bids by international bidding method from potential bidders for the supply of the following goods and related services:
高密度聚乙烯装置、全密度聚乙烯装置及聚丙烯装置气动及电动开关球阀160台。其中，20万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置6台；30万吨/年高密度聚乙烯装置10台；45万吨/年全密度聚乙烯装置68台；1#50万吨/年聚丙烯装置38台；2#50万吨/年聚丙烯装置38台。
160sets of pneumatic and electric switch ball valves for high density polyethylene plant, full density polyethylene plant and polypropylene plant. Among them, 6200,000 tons / year high-density polyethylene; 10sets of,30 0,000 tons / year high-density polyethylene; 68sets of45 0,000 tons / year full-density polyethylene; 38sets of1 # 50 0,000 tons / year polypropylene; 38sets of2 # 50 0,000 tons / year polypropylene.

3. 对投标人的资质要求
Qualification Requirements to Bidders
1) 投标人具有有效的营业执照（境内投标人）/企业经营许可证明文件（境外投标人），需提供相应证明复印件；
The bidder has a valid business license (bidder registered within territory of Peoples Republic of China)/ Incorpration Operating license document (bidder registered outside territory of Peoples Republic of China), and a copy of the corresponding certificate is required;
2) 国内制造商需提供《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》（压力管道元件制造）；国外制造商须提供所投产品特种设备型式试验证书和《中华人民共和国特种设备生产许可证》（压力管道元件制造）（投标人须提供证书的扫描件）。
Domestic manufacturers shall provide Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components); foreign manufacturers shall provide type test certificate of special equipment of the invested products and Special Equipment Production License of the People's Republic of China (manufacturing of pressure pipe components) (the bidder shall provide scanned copy of the certificate).
3）投标产品中防爆电磁阀、电动执行机构和限位开关须具有中国国家强制性产品认证证书，（投标人须提供证书的扫描件）。
The explosion-proof solenoid valve and limit switch in the bidding products shall have the national compulsory product certification certificate, (the bidder shall provide the scanned copy of the certificate).
4）本项目不接受代理商投标；
This project does not accept agent bidding；
5）自2014年7月1日至投标文件递交截止时间前7日（以合同签订时间为准），投标产品（气动或电动开关球阀）在中国境内具有聚烯烃装置的供货业绩，业绩合同中提供的产品须与本次投标产品一致。供货业绩合同中至少包含1台24寸及以上固定球硬密封球阀和至少包含1台温度不高于-60度的低温硬密封气动或电动开关球阀。须提供销售合同的扫描件（含双方盖章页、项目名称、货物名称、供货数量、签订日期页）和签字版技术协议的扫描件（应体现项目名称、装置规模、供货清单），未按上述要求提供或提供信息不全，则视为无效业绩。
