简要规则描述：通过与城管部门实行实时联动，落实和健全“巡查-发现-制止-上报-配合处置”的工作机制,遏制三林镇外环外违章现象，为采购人提供生态环境综合整治服务。本项目采购工作量总计不少于87216小时。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief Specification Description: Through the implementation of real-time linkage with the urban management department, the working mechanism of "inspection-discovery-stopping-reporting-cooperative disposal" is implemented and improved, curb the phenomenon of violations outside the outer ring of Sanlin Town, and provide comprehensive ecological environment improvement services for purchasers.The total procurement workload of this project is not less than 87,216 hours. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).


合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为12个月，具体以合同签订日期为准。
