简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：为规范和加强农村生活污水设施运行维护管理工作，保障处理设施的正常运行，本项目拟通过公开招标的方式选取一家专业的单位，对农村污水管网及其配套设施进行定期巡查，对发现的管道积泥、裂缝、渗漏及井盖损坏、丢失和污水管网混接等情况及时进行整改并做好记录，对巡查发现破坏设施或者向污水管网排放禁止排入物质的行为及时予以制止并报告有关执法部门处理。具体内容及要求详见招标文件第三章—服务需求书。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: In order to standardize and strengthen the operation, maintenance and management of rural domestic sewage facilities and ensure the normal operation of treatment facilities, the project intends to select a professional unit through public bidding to conduct regular inspections of the rural sewage pipe network and its supporting facilities, rectify and record the found pipeline mud, cracks, leakage and manhole cover damage, loss and mixed connection of the sewage pipe network in a timely manner, and promptly stop the behavior of destroying facilities or discharging prohibited substances into the sewage pipe network during the inspection and report to the relevant law enforcement departments for processing. 合同履约期限：本项目服务期限为合同签订后一年。
