简要规则描述：根据上海市水利管理事务中心印发《关于进一步加强本市镇村级河道疏浚工作的通知》，提出以“河底无淤积”、“疏浚底泥减量化”为工作目标，“十四五”期间内按照按需疏浚的原则，组织实施河床监测、底泥检测、河道疏浚等工作，拟实施2024年镇村级中小河道疏浚工程，全面加强中小河道疏浚工作，确保疏浚工程质量。包件1涉及10个镇共114.7140公里疏浚长度，每100米进行疏浚前、后各一次100%的全覆盖检测。其中高桥镇2.2640公里疏浚河道，金桥镇1.3010公里疏浚河道，张江镇11.80公里疏浚河道，三林镇3.40公里疏浚河道，北蔡镇8.64公里疏浚河道，合庆镇23.1590公里疏浚河道，曹路镇16.85公里疏浚河道，唐镇15.40公里疏浚河道，川沙新镇17.60公里疏浚河道，周浦镇14.30公里疏浚河道。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
