简要规格描述或项目基本概况介绍、用途：本项目拟通过公开招标的方式，选取一家合格的供应商为陈家沟、三场河等311条段河道养护工作，其中镇级河道26条（42.155公里），村级河道233条（94.648公里），其他河道52条（12.206公里），总长约149.010公里。养护内容主要包括河道巡视检查、护岸养护、防汛通道养护、河道绿化养护、水域和陆域保洁、河道护栏、标牌标识等附属设施维护等工作。（具体详见第三章采购需求书）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: The project intends to select a qualified supplier for the maintenance of 311 sections of rivers such as Chenjiagou and Sanchang River through public bidding, including 26 town-level rivers (42.155 kilometers) and 233 village-level rivers (94.648). km), 52 other rivers (12.206 km), with a total length of about 149.010 km. The maintenance content mainly includes river patrol inspection, bank protection maintenance, flood control channel maintenance, river greening maintenance, water and land area cleaning, river guardrails, signage and other ancillary facilities maintenance. (For details, please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements).


合同履约期限：本项目招标服务期限为1年，日期为2025年1月1日起到2025年12月31日止。本项目采取招一续二的形式，对工作质量考核达标的中标人可以续标，服务期限合计不超过三年，即养护合同一年一签，最长不超过三年，具体以合同签订日期为准。
