简要规则描述：本项目位于新兴产业片区南侧，新建一根管径为 1650 毫米的污水干管，管线沿 Y4 路向南敷设，接至下游新元南路现状管径 1650 毫米污水干管；横港联系桥北侧标准段管位位于道路红线西侧约 2 米，南侧管位基本位于道路中央分隔带。本工程设计规模按 10.4 万立方米/日设计，管道总长约1370 米，其中开槽埋管约 1210 米，顶管约 160 米，管材采用钢筋混凝土管，顶管段接口采用“F”型，开槽段接口采用企口式,预留街坊污水支管及接入井，街坊支管管径 300 毫米，长度约 280 米，管材采用 HDPE 双壁缠绕管，采用开槽埋管施工。
本工程具体施工内容包括但不限于为具体施工内容包括但不限于为本工程的电力管线、通信管线及上水管线搬迁设计和施工等费用。（具体数量及要求详见工程量清单。）
依照招标图纸及竞争性磋商文件、工程量清单所示范围内电力、通信管线、上水管线搬迁工程及其附属工程（包含道路修复、绿化修复）等的施工、专项验收、保修等各阶段的所有工作内容等；所有按工程规范要求以及为取得政府主管部门批准所需的任何检测及一切要求；在竞争性磋商文件内所说明及/或招标期间所增减及/或承包人所确认的
Brief Specification Description: This project is located at the south side of the emerging industry area, with the construction of a new sewage main pipe with a diameter of 1650 millimeters. The pipeline will be laid southward along Y4 Road and connected to the current sewage main pipe with a diameter of 1650 millimeters downstream of Xinyuan South Road; The standard section pipe position on the north side of HengGang Connection Bridge is located about 2 meters west of the road red line, and the southern pipe position is basically located in the central divider of the road. The design scale of this project is 104000 cubic meters per day, and the total length of the pipeline is about 1370 meters, including about 1210 meters of slotted buried pipes and about 160 meters of top pipes. The pipe material is reinforced concrete pipe, and the interface of the top pipe section is "F" shaped. (For specific quantities and requirements, please refer to the bill of quantities.)
