简要规则描述：马家浜（川桥路-规划翠柏路）河道建设工程位于上海市浦东新区马家浜，北起川桥路，南至规划翠柏路，长约2.1公里，为规划次干河道，河口宽按规划蓝线40米实施，两侧陆域控制带带结合现状因地制宜按0-20米布置防汛通道和绿化。主要建设内容为河道开挖与疏拓工程、护岸工程、桥梁工程、防汛通道、绿化工程及相关附属工程，以及征地动迁、管线和绿化搬迁等前期工作。为配合马家浜（川桥路-规划翠柏路）河道建设工程主体施工，需前期对有关影响工程主体施工的电力管线进行搬迁。
Brief Specification Description: Majiabang (Chuanqiao Road-Planning Cuibai Road) river construction project is located in Majiabang, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, starting from Chuanqiao Road in the north and planning Cuibai Road in the south, about2.1km, for the planning of the secondary river channel, estuary width according to the planned blue line40Rice implementation, both sides of the land control belt combined with the current situation according to local conditions0-20Rice layout of the flood control channel and greening.
