Brief specification description or basic overview of the project: Flood control mobile pump truck procurement: flow rate of 3000 cubic meters / hour high-power drainage rescue pump truck 1, drainage equipment using electric drive pump, mainly to strengthen the urban road water emergency drainage disposal capacity, the budget amount of 2.3 million yuan (Chinese debt support 920,000 yuan (40%), departmental budget arrangement 1.38 million yuan (60%)).


合同履约期限：2025年3月30日前完成全部供货。并在中标后3个月内明确“上海范围内服务受理点”。
The Contract Period: All deliveries will be completed by 30 March 2025. And within 3 months after winning the bid, the "service acceptance point within Shanghai" will be clarified.
