项目概况
中海油惠州石化有限公司动力部1#锅炉超低压燃烧器及自动化改造项目。惠州石化有限公司拟投资建设2200万吨/年炼油产品结构优化及质量升级项目，优化全厂总加工流程及产品结构，在惠炼二期项目预留用地新建150 万吨/年芳烃联合、100 万吨/年连续重整、160 万吨/年加氢裂化和40 万吨/年轻汽油醚化四套生产装置。CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals Company Limited plans to optimize the total processing flow and product structure of the whole plant through the construction of 22,000 KTA？Refinery Product Structure Optimization and Quality Upgrade？Project, and to build four Plants？of 1500？KTA？Para-Xylene Aromatics Complex Plant, 1000 KTA？Continuous Reforming？Plant, 1600 KTA？Hydrocracking Plant and 400 KTA？Etherification of Light Gasoline Plant？in the reserved land of Huilian phase II project.
