中国石油物资有限公司受招标人委托对下列产品及服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，于2024-12-25在中国国际招标网公告。本次招标采用传统招标方式，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

（1）投标人须按招标文件第一册第四章格式IV-9.资格证明文件格式的要求填写和提交有关资料。Bidders should fill in and provide relevant materials in accordance with the requirements of Format IV-9 in Section 4.
（2）若投标产品为非进口产品，投标人必须为制造商。如投标产品为进口产品，允许制造商或制造商直接授权的代理商参加投标。Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself if the production is made in PRC。 Bidder must be the Manufacturer itself or directly authorized Agent if the production is made outside PRC。
