主要技术规格
水下多相流量计：4套水下多相流量计安装在水下采油树和水下管汇，其中3套是不可回收式，另外1套是电子舱可回收式，所有流量计均满足PSL3G/≥5000PSI/Temp P+U，被测介质为湿气。Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter: 4 sets Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter will be installed on SXT and subsea manifold, 3 of them shall be unretrievable, and 1 of them shall be canister retrievable. All Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter shall meet the requirement of PSL3G/≥5000PSI/Temp P+U. The process fluid will be wet gas.

（1）资格要求 Requirements for Qualification of BidderA．★营业执照：如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照；如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明。A．★Business licence: The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license;The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B．★制造商要求:所投产品为境内产品：投标人必须为水下多相流量计的制造商，不接受代理商投标。所投产品为境外产品：投标人必须为水下多相流量计制造商，不接受代理商投标。B． ★ Manufacturer requirement:Goods Offered from within the PRC Customs Territory：Bidders shall be manufacturers of Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter . Agents shall not be allowed to bid.Goods Offered from outside the PRC Customs Territory: Bidders shall be subsea manufacturers of Subsea Multiphase Flowmeter. Agents shall not be allowed to bid.
