（1）资格要求 Requirements for Qualification of Bidder A．如果投标人为境内注册公司，投标人需提供合法有效的企业法人营业执照、税务登记证及组织机构代码证或证照合一的营业执照，投标时需提供原件扫描件（原件备查）；如果投标人为境外注册公司，需提供有效的公司登记注册证明；The bidder within the customs territory shall provide valid independent legal person business license, tax registration certificate, organization code certificate, or combined certificate and business license. The scanned copy of the original shall be provided during bidding (the original copy for reference);The bidder outside the customs territory shall provide valid certificate to prove valid business registration certificate.B. 投标人应为所投产品（分析仪系统/分析小屋）的制造商。如果投标人是制造厂商所在集团内负责销售的公司，投标人应提供声明，说明投标人与制造厂商隶属同一集团，负责投标货物的销售工作。The bidder shall be the manufacturer of the products (analyzer system/analysis cabin).If the bidder is the sales company within the same group as the manufacturer, the bidder should provide relevant documents to prove that the sales company is within the same group as the Manufacturer and it is responsible for the sales of the bid goods. （1）投标人所投的色谱分析仪的制造商具有至少1个在中国境内环氧丙烷苯乙烯装置（SMPO或POSM）的合同业绩，单个合同包含不少于5台色谱分析仪；
