2. 罗茨鼓风机是否需要提供现场按钮箱?
Whether the button box is needed in the Root Blower project site?
答复：不需要提供现场按钮箱。
Reply: There is no need to provide button box on the Root Blower project site.
3. 电动阀门用电动头是否为一体化电动头?
Whether the Electric valve has integrated electric head?
答复：电动阀门用电动头为一体化电动头，由阀门厂商配套提供电动执行机构。
Reply: Integrated electric head is requested to use on electric valve. The valve supplier should also provide matched Electric Valve Actuator.
4. 污泥脱水系统、二氧化氯发生器、混合搅拌器是否需要提供电气自控系统?
Whether the electrical automatic control system is needed in dehydration system of concentrated sludge, chlorination(chlorine dioxide generator) system and coagulation mixer?
答复：污泥脱水系统、二氧化氯发生器需要提供配电及自动控制系统，混合搅拌器不需
要提供电气系统及自动自控系统。
Reply: For dehydration system of concentrated sludge, chlorination (chlorine dioxide generator) system the Power Distribution and Automatic Control System should be provided, but the coagulation mixer has no the request.
5. 潜水搅拌器、潜水泵是否需要提供接线箱?潜水搅拌器是否需要按钮箱?
Whether the junction box are needed in submersible agitator and submersible sewage pump? Whether the button box is needed in submersible agitator?
答复：潜水搅拌器、潜水泵不需要提供接线箱，潜水搅拌器不需要按钮箱。
Reply: For submersible agitator the connection box and button box are both not requested to supply. For submersible sewage pump the button box will not be requested to supply.
6.对接线箱、按钮箱的材质是否有要求?
What are the requirements for the material of the button box and junction box?
答复：接线箱、按钮箱均须采用304亚光面不锈钢板材制作，箱体厚 1.5mm，门厚2.0mm，安装板厚 2.5mm，防护等级IP56。
Reply: The connection box and button box should be produced with the material of matte 304 stainless steel sheet, which box thickness, door thickness and mounting plate thickness should be respectively 1.5mm, 2.0mm and 2.5mm, which protection grade should reaches IP56.
7. 招标文件商务卷30页合同经验中要求“投标人近5年内(2012年1月24日至 2017年1 月24日)必须完成过至少1 个10万吨每天的污水处理厂工艺设备的供货”。请问是必需为10万吨的污水处理厂还是规模不小于10 万m3/d的城市污水处理厂?
2.2.1 Contractual experience in bidding document, criteria requirement: the bidder shall have completed within the last 5 years(January 24, 2012—January 24, 2017) at least 1(one) similar contract for supplying process equipment for a WWTP with capacity of 100,000 tons per day with value of at least CNY 22 million or equivalent in foreign currency.Does the contractual experience for a WWTP with capacity equal 100,000 tons per day or no less than 100,000 tons per day?
答复：必须完成过不小于10万m3/d的污水处理厂艺设备的供货。
Reply: The bidder should have completed a supply of process equipment for a WWTP with capacity no less than 100,000 tons per day.
8. 招标文件商务卷31技术能力中罗茨鼓风机、PAC、PAM、乙酸钠投加系统、混凝搅拌器折板反应器等设备要求有同规模的污水处理厂的工程业绩。请问同规模是要求必需为10万吨的污水处理厂还是规模不小于10 万m3/d的城市污水处理厂?
2.2.2 Technical experience in bidding document, criteria requirement of 1.Roots Blower’s manufacturer, 6.PAC PAM and sodium acetate feeding system’s manufacturer, 9.coagulation mixer’s manufacturer and 12.folded plate reactor’s manufacturer, the manufacturer shall have successfully run over 3 urban sewage treatment plants of same size.Does the technical experience for urban sewage treatment plants of same size means the capacity equal 100,000 tons per day or no less than 100,000 tons per day?

9. 每个折板反应器含有几个折板单元?

答复：一座水池A型折板组合体有18个，B型折板组合体有20个，共有4座水池。
Reply: There are four folded plate reactor, each of which has 18 A-type folded plate units and 20 B-type folded plate units.
10. 折板反应器是否需要提供底部反应器支撑，如需提供，支撑采用什么材质?
Should the folded plate reactor need to provide support structure at the bottom? If so, which kind of material is needed in support structure?
答复：折板反应器需要提供底部反应器支撑，支撑采用角钢，由化学锚栓固定。
Reply: The folded plate reactors need support at the bottom. The support will take angle iron fixed with chemical anchor bolt.
11. 斜板沉淀系统块体尺寸斜长3000mm宽500mm高2660mm，斜板安装角度60°，那斜板高度是否应该是2600mm?
Is there an error in the parameters of block size and installation angle? Block size:3000x500x2660, Installation angle:60°.
答复：斜板高度应为2600mm。

答复：斜板底部支撑采用方钢L=40mm及工字钢22a，并考虑防腐，水质指标详见招标文件技术要求 1.2.2章。
Reply: The support under inclined plate takes square steel (L=40mm) and I-steel (Type 22a) with preservative treatment. As to water quality indexes detail, please refer the request of Chapter 1.2.2 in specification of bidding documents
14. 斜板沉淀池系统用斜板填料形式是采用斜板还是斜管?(在招标技术文件中不明确)
Which kind of structure is needed in inclined plate sedimentation tank system, inclined plate or inclined tube? (It is not clear in the bidding document)
答复：为乙丙共聚斜板。

15. 离心泵输送何种流体介质，污水还是清水?(在招标技术文件中不明确)
What kind of conveying medium is delivered by centrifugal pump, sewage or clean water? (It is not clear in the bidding document)
答复：处理后的生活污水。

16. PAC、PAM、乙酸钠投加系统是提供现场按钮箱还是提供PLC电气自控系统?
Should button box and PLC electrical automatic control system arebothin the scope of supply for the PAC, PAM and sodium acetate feeding system?
答复：根据招标文件技术要求4.6.4中供货范围要求，需提供PLC电气自控系统。

17. 招标文件离心泵材料要求“按最低要求，泵零件材料须符合API 610第8版附录中表H-1 A-8(316L)类的要求，联轴器轮毂和加长联轴器应为钢制的，制造商应向业主提供相关主要部件的材料检验报告和合格证书，如壳、轴、叶轮等。”
请明确离心泵的材质要求是什么?
Technical Specification of Bidding Document:4.7.3 supply technical requirements,4.materical,“According to the minimum requirements, the material of pump parts shall meet the requirements given in H-1 A-8(316L) in the appendix of version 8 of API610, the coupling hub and the extension coupling shall be made of steel, and the manufacturer shall provide the owner with the material test reports and quality certificates of related main parts like casing, shaft and impeller.”What is the detailed material requirements of centrifugal pump?

19.招标文件要求潜水泵应能在潜水电机露出液面的条件下连续运行、间歇运行和长期停止状态后恢复运行。为避免堵塞，影响电机正常散热，不接受冷却夹套的冷却方式。上述叙述“潜水电机露出液面的条件下连续”与“不接受冷却夹套的冷却方式运行”相矛盾，请明确以那个为准?
There are two conflicting requirements in submersible sewage pump motor:“It shall ensure continuous operation, intermittent operation and resume after long-term shutdowm under conditions exposing from the water level” and “It is not accepted to adopt the cooling mode with cooling jacket ”. Please clarify which requirements are final.
答复：应为“潜水电机露出液面的条件下连续运行、间歇运行和长期停止状态后恢复运行。为避免堵塞，影响电机正常散热，不接受水冷却的冷却方式” 。
Reply: The describing is changed to “It shall ensure continuous operation, intermittent operation and resume after long-term shutdowm under conditions exposing from the water level. To avoid jam and then impact the heat dissipation of pump motor the water cooling mode will not be accepted.”
20. 卧式离心脱水机是否必须为原装进口产品?
Does the centrifugal dewatering machine must be original?
答复：按照招标文件要求选型。
Reply: Please conduct model selection in accordance with the request in bidding documents.
21. 卧式离心脱水机的原产地证明是否接受原产工厂所在国商会出具的原产地证明?
Is it possible to provide the certificate of origin issued by the chamber of commerce in the country of the equipment factory?

22.招标文件技术文件4.7离心泵中的4.7.3供货技术要求中”(13) 泵壳各部分应按规范规定的泵运行的最大压力设计。进口和出口法兰应与泵壳构成一个整体。制造商应提供与其对应的配套法兰、垫片、螺栓、螺母等，法兰承压1.6MPa。” 招标文件技术文件4.3通用阀门4.3.3外输泵房的出口阀门工作压力为2.5MPa，法兰为2.5Mpa。上述要求矛盾，请问以那个为准?
There is a inconsistency in the descriptions of working pressure of flange and valve, Please make sure which one of the following is accurate. a. 4.3.3 General requirements(Issued KL-E03 Technical Specifications)Working pressure of the outlet valve of efflux pump room shall be 2.5MPa, and that of the flange shall be 2.5Mpa. b. 4.7.3 Supply technical requirements(Issued KL-E03 Technical Specifications) The manufacturer shall provide the corresponding companion flanges, washers, bolts, and nuts. The flange can bear pressure 1.6MPa.

23.离心泵执行标准要求为JB/T 7565.1 隔爆型三相异步电动机技术条件第1部分：YB3系列爆型三相异步电动机。请问离心泵是否在防爆条件下工作，是否需要配备防爆电机?

答复：不需要配备防爆电机。
Reply: For centrifugal pump we have no the request to provide explosion-proof electric machine.
24.在招标技术文件中供应商职责和服务中2.2.2中要求“供货商必须派遣合格的技术人员负责指导安装及调试和人员培训”，在招标商务文件中要求供货范围含设备安装。请问此项目供货设备是安装还是指导安装?
Please confirm whether the scope of supply of this item contain installation or guide installation?
答复：指导安装。

25.罗茨风机和离心泵供货范围中要求提供电缆，但是电控柜不在供货范围内，在招标技术文件3.5工作界面中要求“B. 凡工艺设备自带的电控柜或电控箱至工艺设备的电力电缆、控制电缆及仪表线缆、接线，均由本供货商负责。”请问以那个为准?

答复：罗茨风机和离心泵供货范围中不需要带电缆。
Reply: The goods supply scope for roots blower and centrifugal pump is not including cable.
26.招标商务文件中2.2.2技术能力要求“潜水泵、潜水搅拌器及卧式离心泵应为同一品牌。请问，上述三种设备为同一公司产品，但不是同一品牌，是否可以?
Could submersible pumps, submersible mixers and horizontal centrifugal pumps be produced for the same company but different brands? Criteria Requirement in 2.2.2 Technical Experience (Issued KL-E03) “2. submersible pump’s manufacturer Submersible pumps, submersible mixers and horizontal centrifugal pumps shall be products of the same brand.”
答复：不可以。

27.招标技术文件中潜水泵技术要求4.2.4“叶轮材质应采用双相不锈钢1.4517铸造”，而在主要材质中要求“叶轮：球墨铸铁GGG50或以上+陶瓷涂层”，请问以那个为准?

28.根据招标文件技术部分P37页通用阀门的技术参数要求：我公司无法确定其中的镶铁铸铜刀闸阀以及电动偏心半球阀是否需要具备防爆功能，能否将要求具体化。
According to the requirements of technical parameters technical part of the bidding document page P37 of common valve: our company is unable to determine which of the bronze inlaid iron knife gate valve and electric valve with eccentric hemisphere explosion-proof function, can be specific requirements.
答复：在技术要求中无特殊说明，均为无防爆要求。
Reply: There is no particular describing in the specification, so these several equipment has not the request for explosion proof design.
29.根据招标文件技术部分P44页“偏心半球阀，材质要求：球墨铸铁GGG-40”，我公司在市场上经过多方了解，大部分厂家已淘汰此种材质而采用更好的碳钢材质，可以修改偏心半球阀的的材质要求。
According to the technical part of the bidding document P44 page "eccentric half ball valve material: ductile cast iron GGG-40", our company in the market after careful understanding, most manufacturers have eliminated the material with better carbon steel material, whether can modify the requirements of eccentric semi ball valve.
答复：目前球墨铸铁及碳钢材质的偏心半球阀均有使用，考虑本工程主要用于生活污水
中，球墨铸铁耐腐蚀性较碳钢较高，故采用球墨铸铁材质。
Reply: At current, ductile cast iron and carbon steel material are both used in the produce of eccentric half ball valve. In consideration of the working environment in domestic sewage, so ductile cast iron material is adopted which has a better corrosion resistance performance than carbon steel material.
30.根据招标文件技术部分P42页“刀闸阀阀门驱动装置的要求：角型程气缸式”我公司在市场上经过多方了解，此设备只有直型程式气缸，没有角型程式气缸，能否将参数进行修改。
According to the technical part of the bidding document P42 page "knife gate valve drive device: angle range of cylinder type" my company in the market after careful understanding, this setting only a straight cylinder type program, no program angle cylinder, can modify the parameters.
答复：应为直型程式气缸。
Reply: Knife Gate Valve Drive Device should take straight cylinder type program.
31.根据招标文件技术部分P48页4.4.3技术要求表格中的离心脱水机、加药泵、絮凝剂制备系统、污泥切割机等无法在市场上找到完全匹配的设备，由于各个厂家的设备不同，能否放宽参数要求，给出一个范围值。
According to the technical part of the bidding document page P48 4.4.3 technical requirements in the form of a centrifugal dehydrator, dosing pump, flocculant preparation system, sludge cutting machine can't find the exact matching equipment in the market, due to the various manufacturers of different technology, the products are not the same, whether the relaxation parameter requirements, given a range of values.
答复：技术要求中参数已经为范围值，故不进行修改。
Reply: The parameter is very clear and given a range for the values in the technical specification, so which will not be changed again.
32.根据招标文件技术部分P69页表3.2-1搅拌机规格表中的参数，提升泵池选用的是低速推流器，因此污泥缓冲池中应选用中速搅拌机，≦310无法满足，转速一般为410
According to the technical part of the bidding document page P69 table 3.2-1 mixer in the specification parameters, selection of low lift pump pool is flowmakers, so the sludge pond should be selected in medium speed mixer, less than 310 can not meet, speed is generally 410

33.根据招标文件P70页，要求螺旋桨为二叶片式，叶片材质为AISI304，但是一般低速搅拌机为二叶片式采用聚氨酯材质，中速搅拌机为三叶式采用AISI304材质;低速搅拌机有齿轮箱结构，中速搅拌机无齿轮箱结构，此处的参数设置似乎前后矛盾。
According to the requirements of the bidding documents P70 page, two blade propeller blades, the material is AISI304, but the low speed two blade type mixer with polyurethane material, medium speed mixer for clover type materials using AISI304; low speed agitator gearbox structure, medium speed mixer without gear box structure, parameter setting here seems to be contradictory.
答复：P70螺旋桨为二叶片式，叶片材质为 AISI304，取消齿轮箱相关要求。
Reply: In page70, the propeller blades take double blade style which material should meet AISI304. The relevant request on gear box is cancelled.
