Entrusted by Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd, Chongqing tendering&procurement group co., ltd invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers at home for the supply of the following goods by way of local competitive bidding.

2.投标人资格要求：

Requirements of performance:
近五年(2012年6月1日)至今投标单位必须有2个及以上,且规模大于500m3/d,出水达《GB8978-1996污水综合排放标准》一级标准的工业废水处理站建设成功的业绩案例。(须提供每项业绩的合同协议书、竣工验收证明复印件及业主联系方式)
3. 标书售价：500元人民币/每套(国内邮购另付100元人民币)。并请传真附汇款凭证复印件、购买的招标文件编号、项目名称、联系人、详细地址、邮编、电话、传真及电子邮箱地址)。招标文件售后不退。未购买招标文件的投标人，招标人和招标机构将不接受其投标文件。
Price of bidding document: a non-refundable payment of CNY500 perset, an extra CNY100 (domestic) for express mail service. Please enclosing a copy of remittance Voucher by fax, let us know number of the bidding document, Name of the project, liaison, detailed address, Zip, telephone number, fax and E-mail address. If the potential bidder had not purchased the bidding documents fron the bid agency, its tender documents would be rejected and return back directly when bid.
4. 发售标书时间: 即2017年9月21日至2017年9月27日止(节假日除外),每天9:00时至17:30时(北京时间)。
Time of selling bidding document: between 9:00 ~ 17:30 (Beijing time, except holidays) from 2017-9-21 on 2017-9-27 at the address below.
5. 购买招标文件地点：重庆市江北区五里店五简路2号重咨大厦A栋20楼2006室(三部一处)。

6. 投标截止及开标时间: 2017年10月12日10:00(北京时间);逾期送达的恕不接纳(投标除纸质文件外，必须提供电子文档文件一份)。欢迎投标人代表自愿出席。
